The hotel was quiet and comfortable, with large rooms by Japanese standards. The service was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond even for Japanese standards. The location, although far from the JR station, is close to old shops, a museum, and castle ruins. The dining experience was very good with a variety of choices. Overall, a great value for money with excellent amenities.
